By commissioning me, you have read and understood the following:

| I, the artist, reserve the right to decline commission requests. |
| Commissions do not follow a first-come first-serve basis. Commission requests will be added to a queue from which I am free to choose what to work on at my own discretion. |

| Payments are made through GCash. Details will be sent through your specified mode of communication within the Request Form (i.e., Twitter and/or Discord) |
| Payment must be done after the verification of the initial sketch. |
| No refunds once I have started on your commission. |
| I will only provide a refund if I am unable to complete your commission. |

| I will try my best to accomplish commissions within 2-4 weeks of contacting the client. |
| I cannot guarantee any specific time window since I am a full-time student and have my own projects that demand my time. |

| Communication regarding your commission will be done through your specified mode of communication within the Request Form (i.e., Twitter and/or Discord). |
| I will first check in with you upon the completion of the initial sketch, which is when you will be able to provide your requests for major revisions, such as posing changes. |
| A second check will be conducted when flat colors are accomplished. You are allowed to provide requests for minor revisions, such as color changes and forgotten detail/accuracy fixes. |
| If you would like to see WIPs please don't hesitate to ask; I will try to reply to your request as soon as possible. |
| Be courteous. I am fine with informal tones (I encourage it, in all honesty!) but please be mindful of its use. |

| I will deliver finished art pieces through email. |
| I use PNG as my main format for completed artworks. If you prefer another file format, simply notify me. |

| You may use the image for your own personal use, such as to print posters or stickers for yourself or friends. |
| You cannot sell or distribute the artwork commercially and/or for profit. |
| You may post the artwork online, with the condition that you must give proper credit linking back to me. |
| You may use the artwork as an icon, banner, etc., but again, provide proper credits linking back to me. |

| Ensure that you credit me upon the use of commissioned art. |
| I retain the right to post your commissions on social media and feature them in my examples and portfolio, for promotional use. |
| You may not edit (i.e., draw over or modify) or resell my art. |
| You are not permitted to use my art to train AI models for art generation. |
| Under no circumstance are you allowed to use my art for NFTs or any blockchain-related technology. |
